Project Summary

Koehn Building Systems partnered with a building and development company on this project and was contracted to provide the complete rebar and concrete package, which involved significant detailed work. Our scope of work included approximately 18,000 sq. ft. of concrete for the building slab, city street entry and exits, parking lot paving and curbing, car wash entry and exits, pole lighting, vacuum and pay station pedestals, as well as numerous car wash pits.
