Koehn Building Systems, located in Rich Hill, MO, provides the following four core services to our commercial, industrial, and agricultural construction clients located throughout Missouri and Kansas.
Our General Contracting services are designed to either work in conjunction with an architect, or directly with the business owner/property manager. Unlike some general contractors, we do have design capabilities in-house, which includes project drawings, interior design, exterior elevations, etc. Whether you’re ready to start a new construction project or complete a major renovation, we would love the opportunity to serve as your general contractor.
