Project Summary
Koehn Building Systems partnered with Arck Construction, the general contractor, on this project. We supplied and erected the Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB). The project required careful upfront detailing to accommodate the perimeter block wall, and Koehn Building Systems assisted with gym equipment locations, special requirements, and necessary bracing.
Close coordination on the construction schedule was essential, especially with the masonry block wall being built around the perimeter. As with any tie-in project, existing conditions posed challenges, but the team navigated them well and the final outcome turned out great!
Our scope of work included supplying and erecting the pre-engineered metal building.
