Project Summary

Chad Evans is a grain bin erector from Princeton, MO and has been our primary grain bin erector over the last several years. He called Koehn Building Systems for a metal building for a riding arena for his personal use. The building’s primary purpose is to have a place to train horses out of the elements. The sides of the arena are left mostly open for natural ventilation.

The scope of work for this project included providing the metal building package and installation support.

  • 1:12 roof slope
  • All walls were sheeted down to 13’ above finished floor elevation
  • Building was designed to set on concrete piers
