Adrian R-III School District VO-AG Addition and Restroom Renovation

Project Summary

At Koehn Building Systems, we worked with the Adrian R-III school district to construct a new VO-AG addition and restroom renovation.

This public bid project was a challenging project to estimate. Started at the beginning of the pandemic, bidders were not allowed inside the building to complete a pre-bid walk-through due to the unknowns, and instead were provided a video of a walk-through. Our team at Koehn Building Systems worked hard to accommodate existing conditions to reconfigure several of the restrooms, fur out walls, and provide a concrete cut out, new plumbing, and new fixtures and restroom partitions.
