General Contracting

We complete projects starting as early as the site analysis, design phase, and foundation, all the way to completing the building, and even thoroughly cleaning and prepping the building for occupancy. If you’re looking for a general contractor with in-house design talent and detail-oriented project managers, look no further. We have preferred architects who we engage with regularly and highly recommend. Alternatively, if you have an architect in place, we can work hand-in-hand to make their vision become a reality. We provide a wide array of services which can be tailored to your specific project’s requirements.

Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings (PEMB)

Serving as a member of the Metal Building Contractors & Erectors Association (MBCEA), we are proud to offer quality, professional metal building construction services. We are known throughout Missouri and Kansas for our expertise in Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings, ranging from several thousand square feet, to large structures with unique, complex requirements. Our metal building design and erecting services team can walk you through the various benefits of steel buildings to determine if they might be the right fit for your next construction project.

Concrete Services

Concrete is a pivotal element in any construction project that can make or break the project timeline. In order to make the construction process even smoother and meet deadlines, we opened our own concrete services division to handle concrete flatwork, foundations, paving, and more. Our concrete services are offered as a standalone service for commercial projects or in conjunction with one of our other construction offerings.

Agricultural Buildings and Grain Storage

Our close relationship with the agricultural and farming community dates back generations as our company owners originally learned from their grandfather who was a farmer and developed great depth of knowledge in the agricultural construction industry. Our agricultural expertise is focused on meeting equipment and materials storage needs. We also consider long-term growth and expansion planning in our design efforts which increases an agricultural facility’s efficiency and saves from making costly mistakes.
